GREEN PEA HUMMUS

Ingredients:
250 gr
cooked chickpea
100 gr
frozen green pea
25 gr
aquafaba (water from the chickpea can - or water)
10 gr
garlic
5 gr
fresh ginger
20 gr
tahini sesame paste
10 gr
lemon juice
25 gr
spinach leaves, fresh
to taste
fresh coriander (if you like)
Method:
•
Place the frozen green peas in a bowl with hot water to defrost them.
•
In a high-speed or hand blender, combine and blend until smooth, the cooked chickpeas, defrosted peas, garlic, ginger, and aquafaba.
•
Add the remaining ingredients (except the fresh coriander) and blend until creamy. Adjust with water to rich your desired consistency.
•
Add the coriander and pulse just a few times to keep some texture.
